1201 Billing Invoices

The Billing & invoices section in the side menu shows the current plan, usage of limits, and invoice history.

Pricing plans

  • Card scanner (free) — the “forever free” plan. Includes:
  • 100 Card Operations per month (one Card Operation = one transaction with a stamp or a voucher).
  • 1 Staff Seat — one staff login.
  • Apple Wallet + Google Wallet pass.
  • Access to all Reward రకాలు (Award, Voucher, Lottery).
  • Basic Campaigns.
  • Support by email/messengers.
  • Monthly — €29 / month per location (login). Includes a significantly larger Card Operations limit and access to advanced workflows.
  • Annual — €290 / year per location (login). Two months saved vs Monthly.
  • Custom / Enterprise — by request for chains, custom POS integrations, multi-location.

What’s shown on the page

Activation Codes section

If you activated a partner code, a Code #N — Claimed block appears at the top with progress bars:

  • Staff Seat0 / 36 (used out of available under the code).
  • Card Operations0 / 18 (used out of available under the code).

One Activation Code can contain any service bundle — the partner decides what’s in it.

Your Tariff Plan section

  • Header: Your Tariff Plan + the EDIT TARIFF PLAN button (change the plan).
  • Current plan card: name (Card scanner (free)), Billing date (when the next charge happens), Created (when the plan was activated).
  • The Manage subscription / Invoices link — manage the subscription and view invoice history.

Available Services section

Limit usage per service:

  • Card OperationsUsed: 9 / 100 included per month. Progress bar.
  • Staff Seat1 staff seat included. How many are taken.

Activation Codes — partner scheme

An Activation Code is a code from a 7stamp partner (agency, consultant, POS partner) that activates a defined bundle of services (Staff Seats + Card Operations). The partner gets a wholesale discount and distributes services across their clients.

If you are:

  • A business — ask your partner for an Activation Code, enter it in the admin (via EDIT TARIFF PLAN or a dedicated field).
  • A partner (agency, consultant, POS vendor) — request enrollment in the partner program from 7stamp support. One Activation Code can hold any service bundle, and the partner decides what’s in it and how to distribute it across business clients.

Special partner terms are also available for marketing agencies, loyalty consultants, restaurant consultants, and POS partners. Terms are discussed individually via support.

Access Codes

Plan choice tip. Start with Free. 100 Card Operations per month is roughly 25–30 active regulars at a small coffee shop. If that’s not enough (a good sign — it means the program works), upgrade to Monthly. If you’re confident 7stamp is here to stay, go Annual — that’s two free months.
