A Card Operation is one transaction on a customer's card. Whatever happens inside it - several stamps, a stamp and the reward it completes, a Lottery spin inside the scan - it is counted once. Issuing a card, redeeming or deleting a voucher, and looking up a card are free and never counted. In practice Card Operations equal customer visits, so usage is easy to predict and budget.

Yes. With the Own Channel / Branded Emails add-on you can connect your own SMTP server from any provider (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, Postmark, SendGrid, or Mailgun). You enter the SMTP host, port, encryption, username, password, From name, From email, and an optional Reply-to address, then send a test email to activate. Email sent through your own SMTP server is unlimited and never counted against your plan's Emails limit.

A 7Stamp Access Code is a prepaid code that activates one or more Packages. You activate it in the admin panel and assign each Package to a business, whether it is your own business or a client's business. Access Codes are sold at list price in the 7Stamp partner store.

As a tool for promotions, launch deals, gifts, and prepaid contracts. Partners buy Access Codes at list price in the 7Stamp partner store at partners.7stamp.com and hand ready-made Packages to clients. The partner discount itself comes through White-label and your own plans: 7Stamp charges you a flat 50% of list price per staff login, so you can set a higher client price and keep the difference.

With Branded emails, verify the franchise domain once via DNS, and all outgoing email is sent from the franchise's own address; sending is billed under the 7Stamp plan's Emails limit, with nothing extra to buy. With Your own SMTP server, connect the franchise's existing SMTP; those sends are unlimited and never counted. Under White-label, managed businesses inherit the parent brand's email configuration by default.

It comes with an active White-label subscription at €49 per month per account and with billing your clients through your own payment gateway. It is charged postpaid, only for businesses that paid you that month, and it does not stack with volume tiers.

A staff login you add is charged at once for the rest of the current period, at the tier its position falls into. A staff login you remove stays paid until the period ends, and another login can take the seat at no extra charge; the price falls from the next period. Nothing is recalculated retroactively.

Free API access is included, and Webhooks & Events is available as a paid Add-on for real-time event integrations. Zapier and custom integrations can also be discussed when your business needs deeper automation.

Customer Feedback is an optional paid add-on that lets you collect customer feedback across every channel — a QR on the table, the receipt (Receipt QR), a payment terminal, the Self-Service Kiosk, and a chat-bot — all opening one Customer Feedback page. It gives customers a private line to the business alongside the public review option, shown the same way to everyone regardless of the rating. It is €9/month per staff login (counted by active Staff Logins) and requires an active paid plan.

Yes. Franchises and chains can run one 7Stamp loyalty program across every location under one corporate brand with White-label, with central control and per-location analytics.

Zero Level Integration is 7Stamp's term for running a loyalty program with nothing added to the existing business setup. There is no customer app to download, no POS connection to configure, and no new role for staff. Customers self-stamp through their wallet pass, and the business runs the program from a browser.

Custom workflows and paid development requests can be discussed with 7Stamp. Paid custom development requests are handled with higher priority.
