White-label is a 7stamp option that lets a business run the whole platform under its own brand and its own domains. It applies to the account, not to a single Package. A business that enables White-label becomes a White Label Partner: it provides 7stamp loyalty under its own name, either to its own locations or to other businesses it serves - called Managed Businesses - which never see standard 7stamp pricing or branding.

Who supports the businesses I serve under White-label?
You do. Your support contact is shown in the admin panel, and as the White Label Partner you are responsible for supporting your Managed Businesses.
What is the difference between the White-label Add-on and a White-label Access Code?
The White-label Add-on is activated inside your own paid plan. A White-label Access Code is bought in the Partner Store and is the usual route for agencies reselling under their own brand. Both unlock the same White-label capabilities.
Is White-label available on the Free Forever plan?
No. White-label requires an active paid plan such as Growth or Growth Annual. It is not included in Free Forever.
What is a Managed Business?
A Managed Business is a second-level business that a White Label Partner serves under the partner's brand. A Managed Business does not see standard 7stamp billing because its subscription is controlled by the partner through Access Codes.

A White Label Partner is a business that has enabled White-label and provides 7stamp loyalty under its own brand, either to its own locations or to other businesses it serves.
Do my customers or clients see 7stamp?
