3. શબ્દાવલી: મુખ્ય objects અને terms

Term	અર્થ
Stamp Card	Apple Wallet / Google Wallet માં customer નું digital loyalty Card.
Card Template	તમે Card Designer માં બનાવો તે template. દરેક customer Card પાસે Stamp Card ID અને version vN હોય છે.
Stamp	visit / purchase / service / scanned QR માટે મળતો એક loyalty mark.
Goal	તે target Stamp count જ્યાં Reward trigger થાય છે.
Milestone Rewards	એક જ Card પર અનેક goals, જેમ કે 3 Stamp -> નાનું gift, 6 -> medium reward, 9 -> final reward.
Reward Format	gift type: Award, Voucher અથવા Lottery.
Award	instant text reward, જેમ કે “1 free coffee”. Staff તેને તરત આપી શકે છે.
Access Code	7stamp માટે prepaid, card-free credential. તેમાં એક અથવા વધુ Packages હોય છે અને તે base tariff plan પહેલાં consume થાય છે.
Package	Access Code ની અંદરનો prepaid bundle, જેમાં Staff Seats, Card Operations, Marketing Notifications અને optional add-on modules હોય શકે. Package limits દર મહિને refresh થાય છે અને accumulate થતી નથી.
Voucher (Smart Voucher)	પોતાનો lifecycle ધરાવતો Voucher (issued -> active -> redeemed -> expired). તે Card સાથે જોડાયેલો હોય છે અને પછી use કરી શકાય છે.
Redeem Code	Voucher option - text code + QR + barcode. redemption સમયે customer અથવા cashier તેને જુએ છે. ઘણી વાર આ જ code તમારો POS પહેલેથી support કરે છે.
Lottery	gamified reward જેમાં અલગ-अलग Variants probabilities સાથે સેટ હોય છે.
Variant	Lottery slot - Type, Probability %, Name, Greeting text.
Card Operation	billing unit - Stamp અથવા Voucher સાથે જોડાયેલી એક transaction. Free plan માં દર મહિને 100 Card Operations સામેલ છે.
Staff Seat	billing unit - એક staff login અથવા એક scanning workstation. Free plan માં 1 Staff Seat સામેલ છે.
Business Profile Code	7stamp માં business account નો unique identifier, top-left business switcher માં દેખાય છે. Agencies તેનો ઉપયોગ Access Code Packages ચોક્કસ client ને assign કરવા કરે છે.
Marketing Notification (Marketing Message)	customers ને મોકલાતું push, email અથવા messenger send, જે કેટલાક plans અને Packages માં સામેલ monthly allowance સામે count થાય છે.
Lifetime Package	એવું Package જેના monthly limits 7stamp operate કરે ત્યાં સુધી refresh થતા રહે છે. તે unlimited અથવા rolling balance નથી.
Monthly reset	Package અને plan limits દર મહિને refresh થાય છે અને accumulate થતી નથી એવો નિયમ.
Stamp Scanner	iOS અને Android app જ્યાં staff customer Cards scan કરે છે.
Online scanner	scanner.7stamp.com પર scanner નું web version.
Self-Service Kiosk	scanner mode જેમાં tablet customer તરફ હોય છે અને customer પોતાનું Card પોતે scan કરે છે.
Autopilot	scanner mode જેમાં till પરનું external scanner Card ને barcode જેમ વાંચે છે અને Stamp background માં ઉમેરાય છે.
Staff QR Page	customer enrollment માટે QR ધરાવતું special page; તેને staff member ના Wallet માં પણ save કરી શકાય છે.
Join Page	QR scan કર્યા પછી customer જે public page પર પહોંચે છે તે page.
Delivery Insert	delivery orders માટે unique QR ધરાવતું printed insert.
Card Events	Card સાથે જોડાયેલા બધા events નો log.
Customer view	customer ની નજરથી Card preview, જે my.7stamp.com પર ખુલ્લું છે.
Activation Code	N Staff Seats + N Card Operations જેવી service bundles ધરાવતો partner code.
7loc.com	WhatsApp/Telegram/Viber broadcasts અને in-store workflows માટેનું external platform.
