Term	मतलब
Stamp Card	Apple Wallet / Google Wallet में customer का digital loyalty Card.
Card Template	वह template जिसे आप Card Designer में बनाते हैं। हर customer Card का एक Stamp Card ID और एक version vN होता है।
Stamp	visit / purchase / service / scanned QR पर मिलने वाली एक loyalty mark.
Goal	वह target Stamp count जिस पर इनाम trigger होता है।
Milestone Rewards	एक ही Card पर कई goals, जैसे 3 Stamp -> छोटा gift, 6 -> medium reward, 9 -> final reward.
Reward Format	gift type: Award, Voucher या Lottery.
Award	instant text reward, जैसे “1 free coffee”. Staff इसे मौके पर दे सकता है।
Access Code	7stamp के लिए prepaid, card-free credential. इसमें एक या अधिक Packages होते हैं और यह base tariff plan से पहले consume होता है।
Package	Access Code के अंदर prepaid bundle, जिसमें Staff Seats, Card Operations, Marketing Notifications और optional add-on modules हो सकते हैं। Package limits हर महीने refresh होती हैं और accumulate नहीं होतीं।
Voucher (Smart Voucher)	lifecycle वाला Voucher (issued -> active -> redeemed -> expired). यह Card से जुड़ा होता है और बाद में use किया जा सकता है।
Redeem Code	Voucher option - text code + QR + barcode. Customer या cashier इसे redemption के समय देखता है। अक्सर यही code आपका POS पहले से support करता है।
Lottery	gamified reward जिसमें अलग-अलग Variants probabilities के साथ सेट होते हैं।
Variant	Lottery slot - Type, Probability %, Name, Greeting text.
Card Operation	billing unit - Stamp या Voucher से जुड़ी एक transaction. Free plan में 100 Card Operations / month शामिल हैं।
Staff Seat	billing unit - एक staff login या एक scanning workstation. Free plan में 1 Staff Seat शामिल है।
Business Profile Code	7stamp में business account का unique identifier, जो top-left business switcher में दिखता है। Agencies इसका उपयोग Access Code Packages को specific client को assign करने के लिए करती हैं।
Marketing Notification (Marketing Message)	Customers को भेजा गया push, email या messenger send, जो कुछ plans और Packages में शामिल monthly allowance के against count होता है।
Lifetime Package	ऐसा Package जिसकी monthly limits 7stamp operate करता रहे तब तक refresh होती रहती हैं। यह unlimited या rolling balance नहीं है।
Monthly reset	वह rule कि Package और plan limits हर महीने refresh होती हैं और accumulate नहीं होतीं।
Stamp Scanner	iOS और Android app जिसमें staff customer Cards scan करता है।
Online scanner	scanner.7stamp.com पर scanner का web version.
Self-Service Kiosk	scanner mode जिसमें tablet customer की ओर रखा जाता है और customer खुद अपनी Card scan करता है।
Autopilot	scanner mode जिसमें external scanner Card को barcode की तरह पढ़ता है और Stamp background में जुड़ जाता है।
Staff QR Page	special page जिसमें customer join करने के लिए QR होता है; इसे staff के Wallet में भी save किया जा सकता है।
Join Page	वह public page जहाँ customer QR scan करने के बाद पहुँचता है।
Delivery Insert	delivery package के लिए printed insert जिसमें unique QR होता है।
Card Events	Card से जुड़े सभी events का log.
Customer view	customer की नज़र से Card preview, जो my.7stamp.com पर खुलता है।
Activation Code	partner code जिसमें N Staff Seats + N Card Operations जैसे service bundles होते हैं।
7loc.com	WhatsApp/Telegram/Viber campaigns और in-store workflows के लिए external platform.
